Abuse Policy (AUP)

1. Prohibited Uses

• Illegal content or activity; IP infringement.
• DDoS, port scanning at scale, botnets, malware, ransomware.
• Spam (email/SMS), phishing, deceptive or harmful content.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploitation.
• Open mail relays or bulk unsolicited email. (Note: outbound port 25 is blocked by default and will not be opened.)

2. Resource Abuse

No activities intended to circumvent fair-use limits or harm node stability (e.g., abusive I/O blasting, fork bombs, crypto mining where prohibited, or persistent denial-of-service sources).

3. Reporting Abuse

Report abuse to abuse@pfm.gg with timestamps (UTC), logs/headers, and the impacted IP/domain. We respond as promptly as possible.

4. Enforcement

We may warn, suspend, or terminate Services and/or filter traffic. Severe cases may be terminated immediately, with or without notice, and reported to authorities where required.

5. Data Preservation

Where legally required, we may preserve relevant logs or content for investigation. Otherwise, we minimize data retention consistent with our Privacy Policy.
